Shipping Policy

La Daje now ships internationally! In Canada, we offer free shipping on all orders of $100 CAD or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, our domestic shipping fees are as follows:

  • Standard Domestic: $25 or FREE on purchase over $100
  • Priority Domestic: $50

All international shipments are calculated at checkout through Canada Post. 

As soon as you place your order, the La Daje team will begin preparing it for you. Once your order is packed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Click on the tracking number to check the status of your order at any time. (Please note that the tracking number only becomes available once the courier has picked up and scanned your package, which can take several days.)

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or return your unworn purchase. To request an exchange or refund, you must contact customer service within 10 days from the original date of your purchase. All returned items must be mailed back in their original packaging. 

Final Sales:

  • Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings are final sale
  • All custom items are final sale 
  • All sale items are final sale 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received by our customer care team, they will be in touch with next steps and instructions. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the date the package is received at our warehouse.

Defects and Repairs

We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you to ensure each piece is in pristine condition. However, if your La Daje jewelry arrives damaged, broken or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please email customer service within 2 days of receiving your shipment to request a replacement. 

Unfortunately, breakage or damage incurred from wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. It is your responsibility to care for your pieces and we cannot be held liable for scratched or broken items after they have been worn. 

La Daje does not cover the return shipping cost of repairs defects or repairs. 

Please note, that we also do not provide replacements for items that are no longer listed on our website. 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable requests for replacements, exchanges or returns.
