Store credit or exchange is available on purchased items within 10 calendar days of the delivery or pickup date.
All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges will come at the customers expense.
Made-to-order, custom and engraved items as well as earrings (due to hygienic reasons) are FINAL SALE, thus not eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.
Please note: We can not provide replacements for items that are no longer listed on our website.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and without signs of wear or damage
- All items must be in their original packaging and all parts of the packaging must be included (i.e. jewelry cleaning cloth and Microfibre pouch).
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem the product has been misused or the original packaging is missing (i.e.,LG branded Dust Pouch).
